08.08.2024 : Hij was er de vorige KodV-editie ook al bij, de 27-jarige singer-songwriter Chris Alain. Tot nog toe wist hij menigeen te verrassen als achtergrondzanger bij diverse grote artiesten, miljoenen views te scoren met zijn video’s op sociale media en de harten te raken van miljoenen kijkers tijdens zijn deelname aan The Voice of Holland in 2017.English follows the Dutch text
Dat muziek door zijn aderen stroomt, bewijst deze charismatische, soulvolle zanger ook als radio-DJ bij de NPO, waar hij zijn muzikale kennis en ervaring ruimschoots inzet. Dat het leven interessante wendingen kent, weet Alain maar al te goed. Hij werd geboren in het Afrikaanse Rwanda, maar groeide op in het noorden van ons kikkerlandje om vervolgens in zijn tienerjaren kennis te maken met de grotere Nederlandse steden.
Kortom, Chris Alain heeft genoeg verhalen om te delen tijdens zijn interactieve show, samen met zijn pianist Luuk van Kesteren. Al zingend neemt hij u mee op een muzikale reis met songs die dichtbij hem staan - van geboorte tot nu.

He performed at the previous edition of Livingroom Concerts, the 27-year-old singer-songwriter Chris Alain. So far, he has surprised many as a background singer for various major artists, scored millions of views with his videos on social media and touched the hearts of millions of viewers during his participation in The Voice of Holland in 2017.This charismatic, soulful singer has proved that music flows through his veins, as a radio DJ at the NPO, where he makes ample use of his musical knowledge and experience. Alain knows all too well that life has interesting twists and turns. He was born in Rwanda, Africa, but grew up in the north of our small country and then got to know the larger Dutch cities in his teenage years.
In short, Chris Alain has enough stories to share during his interactive show, together with his pianist Luuk van Kesteren. While singing, he takes you on a musical journey with songs that are close to him - from his birth to the present.
