Bouw P.J. Blokhof gaat door / Construction P.J. Blokhof to go ahead
08 November 2023 : UPDATE : De bouw van de P.J. Blokhof is nu onherroepelijk. Er zijn geen bezwaren binnengekomen in de periode dat het definitieve plan ter inzage lag. Oplevering waarschijnlijk eind 2025. Verkoop van de 26 flinke koopwoningen zal vermoedelijk voorjaar 2024 beginnen. 25 juli, 2023 : Afgelopen week heeft het College van B&W van de gemeente voorgesteld aan de gemeenteraad om in te stemmen met de zienswijzen en om het gewijzigde bestemmingsplan P.J. Blokhof vast te stellen.

Het voorstel werd unaniem aangenomen door de gemeenteraad, waardoor de gemeente nu het besluit officieel bekend zal maken door publicatie. Binnenkort volgt er van de zijde van de projectontwikkelaar informatie over de start van de verkoop van woningen in project.

Construction P.J. Blokhof to go ahead
November 8, 2023: UPDATE: Construction of the P.J. Blokhof is now irrevocable. No objections were received during the period that the final plan was available for inspection. Completion is likely at the end of 2025. Sales of the 26 large owner-occupied homes will probably start in the spring of 2024.
July 25, 2023: Last week, the municipal council of B&W proposed to the municipal council to approve and adopt the amended zoning plan for P.J.Blokhof.
The proposal was unanimously adopted by the municipal council, which means that the municipality will now officially announce the decision through publication. The project developer will soon provide information about the start of sales of homes in the project.
