De Vereniging Professoren-& Burgemeesterswijk is een actieve en betrokken wijkvereniging die functioneert als verbindende schakel voor de inwoners van de Professoren- en Burgemeesterswijk en de Rijndijkbuurt.English follows the Dutch text
Ook is de wijkvereniging belangenbehartiger en heeft het bestuur namens de inwoners veel contact met de gemeente Leiden met betrekking tot wonen, werken, recreëren in de wijk. Het bestuur voert deze taken uit met ondersteuning van vele vrijwilligers.
Vrijwilliger worden?

About the Association
The Professoren- & Burgemeesterswijk Association is an active and committed neighborhood association that functions as a connecting link for the residents of the Professoren- en Burgemeesterswijk and the Rijndijkbuurt.
The neighborhood association also represents the interests of residents and the board has a lot of contact with the municipality of Leiden on behalf of the residents with regard to living, working and recreation in the neighborhood. The board carries out these tasks with the support of many volunteers.
